Growing, innovative small-kitchen appliance company with an established brand, in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Service and Parts Department Manager





Department Responsible:


· Receive and diagnose units for repair


· Repair and ship back repaired units or replacements


· Ship parts or accessories


· Document units, diagnostics and issues


· Organize and keep inventory of Parts and Accessories


· Communicate with customer on all of above





Qualifications and Responsibilities of Manager:


· Has experience with appliance repair and parts.


· Managerial experience a huge plus.


· Is organized, professional and team player.





· Knows how to repair all products (learn our products)


· Understands schematics


· Understands appliances, and their (internal and outer) Parts


· Keeps/Orders adequate inventory of Parts and Accessories


· Can manage people and projects


Is responsible for all department tasks to get done timely and efficiently


Can communicate (phone and written), with customers, and internally to Product Development








This is a full time job, in Boro Park, Brooklyn NY.
