Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Matching purchase orders to invoices and enter invoices into computer

· Deducting credits and/ or discounts

· Following up on returns and/ or shortages

· Protecting organizations values by keeping information confidential

· Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Accounts Payable experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality

· Excellent data entry skills

· Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

· Effective organizational and time management skills

· Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook) required

· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
