Job Title: Customer Engineer 4 (1912177517)

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Duration: 3-6 Months Contract to Hire

The General Duties:

General Hardware Troubleshooting and Break/Fix repairs of Laptops & Desktops

Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to maintain business continuity

Perform New hardware upgrades/installs including Data Backup/Migration in a Laptop and Desktop environment

Managing Objects and User Accounts in Active Directory

Ability to work independently in managing Customer Service Requests in order to meet Service Level Agreements

Maintaining a Professional demeanor at all times in providing outstanding Customer Service and Support to our End User Community

Role Requirements:

High School diploma or GED required

5 or more years of experience in a hands-on desk side support role required

Must have valid drivers license with reliable vehicle and appropriate insurance (required)

Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office software

Proficient with PC hardware

Excellent communication skills required.

Excellent Administrative skills required

A+ Certification required

Lenovo certifications a plus

Excellent Client Facing Skills

VIP Support Skills
