We are looking for a creative marketing enthusiast that will be able to help us in taking our agency's presence to the next level. The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tactics such as website updates, graphic design, creating social media content, as well as spearheading projects including publications and electronic media. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, self-motivated, and enjoys a dynamic, playful but productive, team environment.


An integral member of the Marketing team, the Associate reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications. This position requires a creative thinker who embraces new technologies and who is able to collaborate effectively across all departments to gather input and generate support.


Responsibilities Include:


‚¶Understanding our wide-ranging host of offerings to create coherent marketing collateral

‚¶Working collaboratively with staff to collect, create and publish a variety of content through social media, email, and websites

‚¶Managing the creation and distribution of external email communications

‚¶Managing website, including working with departments to keep content up to date

‚¶Designing flyers, print advertisements, signage, and digital marketing creatives

‚¶Managing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, and generate inbound traffic and engagement




Requirements











Years of experience: 1-2


Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:


Education: Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with relevant experience.


Experience:


‚¶Expansive graphic design portfolio that includes advertisements.

‚¶1-2 years working experience in social media advertising, direct marketing, email marketing, or market research

‚¶Hands on experience with website development/design, search engine optimization, social media platforms and online advertising



Preferred Skills and Knowledge:


‚¶Excellent written communication skills (copywriting, editing)

‚¶Strong knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign

‚¶Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

‚¶Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

‚¶Strong-to-expert knowledge of social media platforms

‚¶Proven ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines

‚¶Knowledge of Jewish Community Centers a plus
