Job Description:
The Client Services Director is a key role implementing our enterprise mobile solutions with our clients, including healthcare payers, health systems, and large employers, and providing an exceptional experience for clients. Youâll spend your time organizing project activities, coordinating with clients and staff, working with stakeholders to solve issues and prioritize work, and analyzing product performance.

Key Responsibilities:
â˘Lead client relationships through implementation, ongoing maintenance of products, and growth of new products and services.
â˘Manage projects independently and demonstrate leadership by navigating client relationships with autonomy and poise.
â˘Develop strong relationship with client key stakeholders to anticipate client needs and support them in achieving strategic program goals.
â˘Develop client reports and analyses, provide recommendations to clients and assess, validate, and clarify customer needs.
â˘Coordinate across internal Product, Content, Analytics, and Development teams.
â˘Create and manage detailed project plans and client documentation.
â˘Run internal and client meetings and participate in sales presentations.
â˘Ensure that Wildflower systems and processes meet client needs.
â˘Assume accountability for client satisfaction and retention.

Ideal Candidate:
â˘You have a passion for start-up environments and building products users love.
â˘You have experience leading large, complex client engagements and working in multi-disciplinary teams.
â˘You are detail-oriented and you enjoy keeping projects on schedule. Youâre able to quickly assemble detailed spreadsheets, PowerPoint decks, or written reports, and present them effectively to clients.
â˘You are a great communicator and collaborator, and enjoy dealing with clients and jumping in at many different levels to solve issues.
â˘Excellent negotiation skills that you would tactfully employ to maintain client relationships while balancing internal organizational priorities.
â˘Experience in healthcare consulting or the B2B or B2B2C healthcare space is preferred; experience with HIPAA-compliant platforms, healthcare data sets, and supporting APIs is even better.
â˘Willing to travel up to 10-15%, as needed.
