National Corporate Housing Corporation seeks an experienced buyer to manage and oversee the company's purchasing department and expenses.

Job Responsibilities Include:
â¢Experience and knowledge of purchasing policies, processes and procedures
â¢Negotiate vendor price, terms and delivery
â¢Analyze vendor contracts to improve quality results for materials, supplies, supplier reliability; recommending changes.
â¢Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
â¢Approve all purchase orders
â¢Review purchasing requests and recommend preferred vendors
â¢Approve all invoices



Successful candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with computer competency, including Excel, Work and Outlook; 3-5 years experience as a buyer/purchasing; strong negotiation skills and must have excellent time management skills.

Days/Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
