This System Administration position will be part of a team responsible for the full lifecycle support for several hundred end users and the data centers systems viability. Included is the end-user and remote site support for multiple offices running Windows Server and Windows workstations, firewalls, printers, Scanners, Phone systems, mobile devices and end-user software applications.

Job Requirements - Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience with Windows 2008/2012 Servers, Active Directory, Citrix and/or VMWare.
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL 2008-2012
Ability to provide highly-technical and end-user support to clients via telephone and face-to face meetings.
Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
A demonstrated ability in problem-solving, management of multiple tasks and personal time management is required.
A detail minded individual who is willing to learn new skills, work overtime as needed, and get the job done.

Job Summary

Administering, Monitoring, Supporting of multiple Windows servers and PCs environments.
End User application support and troubleshooting of MS Office programs and other commercial applications, as well as several Custom applications.
Phone system and mobile phone troubleshooting and support.
Proactive trouble resolution.
Report writing and process and procedure documentation.
Other duties as required.
