We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations & Finance Assistant Manager­ to join our innovative, growing company. The Assistant Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring the client services leadership team has the right business intelligence, user interfaces and tools to manage their client budgets and resources effectively while increasing accountability and visibility of the every business units on costs and profitability.

Responsibilities: The Marketing Operations & Finance Assistant Manager will:
- Define, monitor and give feedback on key financial performance metrics at each individual program level
- Assist the Marketing Operations Finance Manager and the client service teams to analyze and forecast spends on a monthly basis
- Partner with the Project Accounting Team by coordinating AR billing and all accounting journal entries
- Monitor and oversee all spending activity by field staff and review expense reports to ensure they are in compliance with both client and company policy
- Assist in standardizing best practices and tools to maximize revenue and profitability
- Continually assist in looking for opportunities to increase revenue with new pricing strategy while growing gross margin
- Learn and understand the key business processes and drivers of Mosaic
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience
- One to two years of related work experience
- Proven success in a similar role
- Outstanding communication, leadership and analytic skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasks
- Professional attitude and leadership skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
- Experience working with following systems preferred

- ERP (ex: Oracle - JDE)
- CRM (ex: Salesforce)
- Expense Management System (ex: Concur)
